Managing your exhibition display stands
When you choose ACL Exhibitions Limited as your exhibition stand contractor you will be appointed a dedicated Account Manager who will oversee every aspect of your project from start to finish.
Your Account Manager will keep you informed at every stage and will liaise with the exhibition or event organisers on your behalf to arrange all the necessary services. They will complete and submit all required documents and forms relating to the stand, thereby allowing you to concentrate on the sales and marketing aspects of the event.
As your stand contractor we provide the following exhibition display management services:
- Production of floor plan and full 3D and 2D design
- Exhibition organiser liaison throughout project
- Submission of stand plans and visuals to exhibition organisers
- Completion of all necessary Health and Safety forms
- Completion of risk assessment and submission to organisers
All are available as SINGLE SIDED or DOUBLE SIDED
in the following widths:
- Completion of method statement and submission to organisers
- Preparation and submission of all necessary order forms
- Arranging all stand monopoly services such as electrics, internet, rigging, water, waste and any other stand services required
- Submission of Public Liability Insurance and Employer Liability Insurance for build-up and dismantle
